It has a little alternate gamepad area.
Something with lots of bindable keys would be really handy. My friend and I were comparing how many successful Elder Scrolls spells/heals/hits/blocks etc we could get with the macros we put on our bindable keys haha. This one only has 3. Has lots of random handy OS navigation keys like show desktop, my computer, close, minimize, maximize, and media keys. (On the number pad)
I kinda threw this keyboard with somewhat mild force at the tv stand once(non game related, don't hate) and it still works just fine. I like it.
but what kind of "best" are you looking in gaming?
functions?
cool lighting on keypads?
macros?
for me, "best" in gaming would means to increase gaming performance (in game ofcourse)
so what I am using is
Logitech G19 (not the one on the links, mine is previous model)

I don't agree with this 100%, but I definitely understand where you're coming from. I currently own the Razer Megalodon headset, and the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 keyboard, and had issues with the headset for the first month or so til they got ironed out. It seems like sometimes they have driver compatibility issues but I'm sure it varies from PC to PC.
If you're looking for a mechanical keyboard, the Blackwidow is very good. Backlit, seems durable to me and I've had it for a good while now, but it is pretty loud when you type. Logitech, SteelSeries and Corsair all seem to make solid keyboards as well.
Was just speaking of keyboards my friend. Been onboard with razer since the trackball boomslang. Ive always liked their mice and owned far too many over the years. Even right now Ive got a taipan and a blackshark headset. Just seems if you dont shell out some solid cash when it comes to their keyboards you get shafted with alot of dumb issues and poor design.
