Where can i download AMD catalyst control centre from?

I had the catalyst control centre on my desktop before i upgraded to windows 8.1 (big mistake), and i used it to make my screen fit my monitor(AOC D2757) using the scaling options. When i upgraded to 8.1 i couldnt open the ccc and it came up with an error message saying there are no modifications to be made. So i tried to redownload it, and I cant get anything other than the AMD catalyst install manager which only gives me the options to get the HDMI audio drivers and the install manager itself which is no help at all.
I can only fit the screen to my monitor by changing the desplay settings on the pc itself to 1680x1050, while 1080 leaves a big border around my screen which is frustrating.
Could anyone provide me to a link to a download for just the Catalyst control centre, NOT the install manager which ive got so many times. Or some alternative software to fit my screen to the monitor as that is all i need it for. thanks in advance

I have already tried both of the links above, both just give me the HDMI audio diver and the install manager itself and i have already tried the downloads on the AMD website and all just give me the same useless things. Unless the install manager being installed by the install manager is for the catalyst control centre, if so could someone tell me how i can run that? Is there no substitute software i can use to fit my screen to my monitor?

If you downloaded the correct hing it should be around 190-200MB in size.

go to control panel and see if catalyst control center is there

The first link posted is correct if you have windows 7 or 8 and are running 64 bit. However since we don't know your exact setup, you should go here and filter it down until you get what you need.

If you really can't figure out how to use their website then contact AMD support.

However I can assure you that it was there last time I look and I was able to download the whole 200~ MB driver that I speifically wanted. You just need to find it manually.

This is for HD 7000 series GPU with Windows 7 64 bit OS. As you can see it's 197 MB. That's the whole software suite. However it might not be the one you need and you should find your own here:

i genuinely have tried all these downloads. ive tried reinstalling the whole package, ive tried windows 7, windows 8, windows 8.1 and beta downloads for the control centre and none of them are working, im not just an idiot. The forums are my last resort.

i have also already tried the auto detect and it connot detect my OS. :/ and the auto detect and install on the AMD website doesnt come up with any results for my setup. windows 8.1 64-bit, AMD radeon HD 7570.

I Managed to get it myself. Turns out I had already downloaded the catalyst control centre but the install manager had no mention of it after the download started. I installed it from, Cdrive > Program files > AMD > CC2 > install > ccc2_install. I hope this helps anyone as stupid as me lol.
