but that is just my opinion.
free shipping
well, that is "about" $75. I was just guessing on the amount since I didn't actually look for one to price. A corsair 750W is a good psu, if it will fit in your dell. If you get that psu, I would definately go for the gtx760 at the very least.
it'l take me awhile to save that much$$$ but i'll do it
the total power requirement of a system as such, is the sum of ALL consumer.
This includes the Motherboard, CPU and any other additional devices e.g. usb hub and you mentioned somewhere a CD ROM that also will consume even when in idle.
So, if your Video card manufacturer specifies a minimum of 450W, you are running on the edge or beyond already.
Your I7 is probably around 120W full load 450+120=570W just two consumer.
The terrible byte HDD is taking probably another 25W, technically you are already beyond...
Furthermore, if you push a 600W supply constantly to the edge, temperature will increase which causes in return a lower efficiency until it sweats so hard and quits.
The 750W mentioned earlier is probably a good choice to run your system efficiently and not at the last breath.
What... The... Hell?
Your math and explanation is supremely messed up and are giving FALSE advice..
a GTX 660 draws a maximum draw of 140watts, possibly a little more if its overclocked
a GTX 770 has a max draw of 170watts, again a little more if overclocked.
a 450w recommended Powersupply is for TOTAL PC POSSIBLE Consumption and is being on the safe/logical side. The Recommendation DOES NOT mean that the Graphics Card will use 450watts of power at full load.
a 500w PSU is the lowest recommended PSU with enough headroom for most systems. When it comes to Mid-High range PCs 650w-750w in my opinion is best when any kind of overclocking will be done.
And for the record, a Hard Drive does not take 25watts. 5-10watts IF that depending on the Hard Drive, around 2-5watts or so if its an SSD.
Atleast know what you are talking about before you give advice.
With low Quality PSUs actual wattage may be lower than what is stated.
Anyway, if you have the money a 750w Fully Modular PSU wont hurt. Corsair, XFX, EVGA, and Ultra are all good PSU brands.

Better throw in $20 more and get HX 750. Ten times better quality.

yours looks bigger but now aparently it's cheaper
Only difference is that it's 0.79" longer. Not a problem since space behind the PSU is empty inside majority of cases unless you have some extra-mini case.
