Upscaling and frame gen
I think both these techs are the future for high refresh rate fps on portables.
When devs stop being lazy.

i think both are terrible how they are used and same story for raytracing or pathtracing... they should be great but they are not... cashgrab...

Well, we can render light sources perfectly realistically, but we can't render the whole scene at native 8K.

Amazing :D
i don't mind upscaling, but framegen adds a decent amount of latency.
ok for singleplayer games but awful for anything multiplayer

i do wish tho that games didn't NEED to use upscaling because devs are using it as a crutch in alot of cases.

i like upscaling, but frame gen (at least for now) isnt that great, as @Bing Chilling said, it introduces a noticeable ammount latency.
I dont mind using it with handhealds, i actually played Cp2077 with FSR 3.1 FG and i had a great experience. But on desktop PCs, our hardware should be enough to run these new games.

I love the upscalers tho, i honestly cant differentiate dlss quality and native res, can see some artifacts in balanced mode but i have to look for them, not noticeable in game imo.
