reusing info used from creating previous frames would save time
new benches would need to be made that force the gpu to draw a complete new frames every frame to compare performance
its like if cinebench had its final rendering, and just took that and said its done in 0ms instead of doing the work
technically its correct, but in the real world things change with time even if unseen in the scene, the image would not be 100% correct

Are all frames fake, or are some more fake than others?
About a week ago bought the lossless scaling application to generate fake frames. I used my steam wallet, which i think is fake money.
It helps in some games. Other games. well awful.
So it seems to makes fake frames, generated by maybe fake frames, paid for by fake money.
