Use vivaldi browser.

It's lesser known, comes with a built-in blocker of cookies, ads and tracking and blocks Youtube without Youtube knowing you are blocking them, Youtube is a cat and mouse game.

They only target popular sources, so Firefox, Edge, Chrome.

free internet is people's internet and business internet is different. i know that youtube costs money if you dont want ads. google works this way..it is entertainment. us.gov shall be business internet. if u know what i mean. i stopped thieving the ads free youtube thing. i am set free and i like it.

I was happy with Edge until recently Google started making YouTube super laggy. I live in Europe so we can use ad block but now I have to disable it or YouTube will not work. There is no message or error it just stops working until ad block is disabled.

Actually, that is not true. It's the badly writting Adblock/Adblock Plus that caused the performance issue. They even released an update for their adblocker to fix the issue. YouTube/Google did not cause it.
I know why i use uBlock Origin, at least that adblocker works fine and doesn't get bribed to not block ads.

I have run Vivaldi several times before. I mean: it's chromium-based so it's nice and zippy. However, if one isn't into tweaking and configuring, the UI can be a real turn-off.

It's a "niche" browser.

I stumbled upon Vivaldi a few years ago when I was trying to find a lightweight browser that would work on an old netbook (2009 Samsung N130 - Intel Atom N270 cpu). The cpu is so irrelevant now it takes Windows 8 Update literally all day (6-8hrs) to decide if an update is available. I installed a Linux distro but still couldn't browse the web on it. Until I found Vivaldi. Vivaldi was the only browser that didn't bog the cpu down so much that the whole OS would freeze (well, DE probably, Linux doesn't crash :)). would freeze. Although it's yet another Chromium based browser it was somehow the most lightweight one I could get working on old hardware.

Give it a whirl... It's now got another 'string to it's bow' !
