The UHD 630 could run Minecraft at best, in 1080p..
If you set 720p and play at locked 30 fps, you could gain a performance boost however..
You can play a bit around here, to see each performance for various games:

Could you please re-post the full i3 specs via 'dxdiag' command? i3-10xxxyz?
There surely are really cheap GPUs out there to buy, which fits to your current system.
If OP would post the full processor type, it would be a great help for all of us.
to your questions:
yes, its a PC.
its I3-10100
OS Win 10
I'm not interested in buying a graphic card, and pls note it is running Tropic 5 and Surviving Mars with no trouble (even if not at best visual the game can offer)
list a GT 620 as minimum grafic card.
your iGPU is 3 times more powerfull than that.. which is why it likely still worked.
It also needed just 4GB ram.. so you had some to spare for your iGPU.
Tropico 6
needs 8GB of ram.
needs an GTX 750 minimum
your igpu is 3 times slower than that.
my bet is it wont run..
Frostpunk
need 4hb of ram
needs an GTX 660 minimum
your igpu is 4 times slower than that.
it MIGHT run.. but be unplayable slow..
it's a prebuilt right? Then just get yourself a second handed low powered GPU that draws power directly from the mobo without additional PSU connector.
Something like a Nvidia 2050-3050 or AMD equivalent.
I wouldn't put anything higher then that in it cause you'll be bottlenecked anyways.
he wont even need a 2050..
a 1050 that can be pulled out an old office pc and is like 20-30 euro secondhand at worst will likely alllow him to play the 2 games he want.
^ Concurred. Intel doesn't make an "i3-10". So maybe they mean a 10th gen Core i3? who knows.
@OP download CPUz[www.cpuid.com] then run the validator and post the link so people can see the specs of the system.
Also post what PC you have; e.g. the make and specific model number for the PC, assuming it is a pre-built.
Some pre-built / OEM systems use proprietary parts/connections etc. so compatibility for potential cheap GPUs as a possible solution for you may pose an issue.
You may be able to get something like this ZOTAC Gaming GeForce GTX 1630 4GB[www.amazon.com] GPU depending on your system.
Otherwise, no you aren't going to meet the minimum requirements for either of those games and they are unlikely to work at all, and if they did happen to launch they would not perform well.

Intel® UHD Graphics 630
but we need more than the cpu
if its an oem, can you give the brand/model
or atleast the case size and psu brand/model
