Okay, I watched your video, and that's just an air cooler for the CPU he demonstrated in the video, which can perform better than a low-end water-cooled system for the CPU only, i.e there isn't a lot of thermal head more, for example, your system uses exactly 700w worth of power, and you have a loop that can dissipate 700w of heat only or even 600w, but I suggest that you can something that has higher TDP/ thermal room for your loop I.e your system uses 700w, but your loop is rated for 900w/ or even 1200w this will allow you to in overclock your system and well have the system fan run at a lower RPM meaning they will be quieter for both your CPU and GPU.
Note: For better results with a custom water-cooled loop you would want it to include your CPU and GPU with an ample amount of extra thermal head to allow for both OverClocking and future-proofing of the loop

Your card will last as long as silicone on the card and driver’s support. Probably 8-10 years.
For gaming I would recommend a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and if you need more cores I would get like an Ryzen 9 7950X3D which would be good for applications that can benefit from a lot more course. This would include video editing and Other rendering task like that. If you wanted an intel version, I would recommend an i7-14700K for just gaming and if you want more cores for rendering stuff I you get the i9-14900K.
Note the Intel versions will perform better due to the higher CPU clock frequencies
No budget and anyone just a maximum performance for gaining I would recommend that you get the i9-14900K
much more you can improve.
sell 4080 get 4090.
and yess, toss that 14900k in there for good measure.

psu needs all the connectors for devices its running, and more than strong enough to run them
80+ is just efficiency rating, better makes less heat
doesnt mean its a better quality psu, cheap brands often fake them or use 85+ which is nothing
I think some things are a bit excessive.
64 GB RAM is only needed if he ever decides to work station loads. 32 GB will be more than enough. It also won't help with performance to just have more RAM. He mentioned 1080p as well.
That cooling might have a bit of a problem fitting into the case. Due to the size of it.
It's good but the size of it could be a problem.
Has an expensive motherboard ever affected performance to a large degree in FPS games?
A single 4 TB M2? It's better to have a smaller SSD/M2 for the OS and then have two 2 TB drives because they are often cheaper than a 4 TB one.
Don't think the 1200W Power supply is needed as he's not running 4090. Can drop it down to 1000W but even that might be more than enough. Can still pick from the Seasonic brand or other good brands.
psu is fine, good for many future upgrades, will last 10+ years
good investment imho
ssd choice is fine, can add 2 more nvme in the future without removing any
Where did they say it was $48? Because yeah, if that is the case then that is for sure a broken mining GPU that was savaged 24/7 with unholy memory overclocks.
LOL... @OP, just fyi UFD Tech is a moron that just makes clickbait.
Well, maybe if you are lucky its not too ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and a local repairstore can see identify what might need replacing and hopefully its not the die that is in ruins.

Not too surprised that they canceled the order.
