Under scheduler, These are going to pop up it looks like, as those days have not happened.

I also found a task scheduler, i removed them, i'll try a restart see if it keeps them gone.
Any such Services, change them to either Manual or Disabled.
Once you make all those changes, reboot Windows and you should be good to go.
I actually have an older version of PaintShop Pro that I got used to using. The GUI isn't fancy but it works well enough for what I need it for. Once Corel took that over it went down-hill. And I can't stand such apps being "internet service connected" as there is simply no need for that.
I never use subscription based stuff like what's available from Adobe or Microsoft either; for obvious reasons.
