Stil. Do you know if it is true that it should light up the RGBs even if the ARGB is disconnected?
is any kind of software required to control them?
Yeah, according to the manual there is a specific way to turn on/off the power for those headers, which may explain why the LEDs are not on.
"For how to turn on/off the lights of the LED strip, please navigate to the "Unique Features" page
of GIGABYTE's website"
Also, it appears both headers do not provide the same voltage from what im seeing, 1 is 5v the other is 12v, you likely want the 12v one which is the one on the bottom LED_C
Those D_LED1 and 2 headers are for 5v LED strips only so make sure you are using the correct header, double check what header you are supposed to connect the cooler LEDs into (Voltage, either 5v or 12v, most likely 12v but im unsure)
Using the wrong header OR putting them in the wrong orientation could damage the hub or the LEDs

After looking up that cooler it seems like you need the 12v header which would be LED_C.
It would likely just be easier to look up an installation video on Youtube just to be sure.

There are ARROWS on the RGB cables, make sure they are aligned and you dont have the cables connected the wrong way, that could also be a reason they arent working.
And i was right, you do need to connect it to the 12v LED header not the 5v.
while the rgb/rgbw headers are 12v (4-5pin)
they are not compatible with each other

d_led1 and d_led2 are argb 5v headers, 3pin
led_c is the rgb header is the 12v header
if you plug a argb (5v) into the rgb (12v) header, it will kill its controller
The 2 fans and the pump have 4 pin things.
The hub's connection to the motherboard, has 3.
The D_Led had 3 pins (2, one empty space and a 4th position with a pin).
The Led_C had 4 pins.
The hub would not connect to the Led_C because of the locked 3 pin position, only to the D_LED.
I used a splitter that came with the Coolermaster kit to connect both fans and the pump's RGB to the LED_C. Now it works.
And I can controll both fans at the same time.
I don't understand why manufacturers don't properly clarify what is each thing.
Maybe just to make people destroy their stuff in trial and error and make them have to buy more?
When in doubt about something, youtube tends to help, that and the products manual.
