I did some personal research and apparently those two fans working against each other create a very low pressure area in between PSU and GPU, so if there are high flow fans sucking air inside from the front, that cool air goes straight there, and things work ok. So it is cool, shouldn't be an issue , i will post temps once i have assembled the rig. Cheers!
If anything it might be good to have the psu exhaust much of that hot air off the gpu almost immediately, that gpu has fans just blowing straight down over the heatsink...the air exhausts all around the card and then would be extracted by the psu.
