Increasing Allocated Video RAM
My computer is a Windows 7 64-bit and has 7.49GB usable RAM, 2.8GHz, and 256mb allocated vRAM with a maximum of almost 2GB vRAM. I'm looking to increase this to 512mb or, if possible, to 1024mb. How can I do this?

use the video driver settings, or in bios it should have option for how much to allocate to the gpu

what do you need more ram for?
odds are 512m is more than enough for onboard gpu

Can you tell me how to get to this bios menu?
Also, It's just a precautionary measure for the comming era of gaming (also to play some already available game).

The video card will dynamically allocate addition RAM as it's needed. There's no need to allocate more unless your system is using more RAM than what is available.
