Closest thing is the old Steam Controller, where you can map trackpad presses to button presses, but you'd have to learn to use one trackpad instead of a stick. (Or the Gamesir G5 which has the same problem and wasn't designed for Steam, so probably works a lot worse.)
Even if I went the two controller route, I would still need one that at least has an analog stick and shoulder buttons.
I think the reason this isn’t done more often is because the extra face buttons go where the stick would normally go. The original xbox controller had six face buttons, but they were in vertical arrangement like the one Ugafan linked, rather than horizontal like the saturn controller.
the brawler64 usb is the way to go

Been hearing about that, is some random Chinese controller actually good though? I hear random people say it's great and others it's trash. Doesn't help that it seems supply comes form Aliexpress or Banggood, sites like Amazon appear to just be selling it from there at an inflated price.
Weren't all wired Xbox360 controllers compatible with PC though? Sucks to see that was discontinued.
Yeah, it's triggers are not analog. The sticks are also terrible. There was a prototype version shown that had bigger sticks and looked much better in concept, but then the final product came out like this.
More of an all-in-one controller to play modern games, fighters, and emulated games for the N64 and Saturn/Genesis as well as Nintendo and Sony systems.
