Suggest antivirus software to defeat windows defender?

main requirement for it would be that it does nothing, does not use RAM and lets windows defender think that there is AV installed.

it's been a very, very long time. back when i was still using windows only executables i downloaded off github were flagged, and those were false positives because they weren't signed

You don't even need to have Defender flag those EXE anymore; Firefox and Chrome are pretty good at doing this on their own; they are labeled as "unverified" and thus you have to click to accept the file at your own risk.

i use webroot and have for about 10 years now never had a virus neither has the wife
you can use it with defender or without the wife uses both i use webroot only.pc viruses
arent what they use to be.these people want access to your phone not your pc.i use webroot
because its been extremely reliable over the years.but is it necessary with defender maybe not but if it aint broke dont fix it.it has warned me 4 or 5 times over the years and locked out a few files for me to delete/refuse installation that it red flagged

just remember if you do ever run into something DONT click around trying to close it do a hard reset and you shouldnt have any issues.

The most Minimalist AV program that turns it off would be iobit's Malware Fighter, it doesnt even need to be running from what i recall, but yeah.

a "group policy editor". i dont know it really, but group policy is necessary for multi-user pc's. the btlocker changes everything...windows has to handle encrypted data. i dont think that is that easy. so other software, like the group policy editor, may have to change. this is complex. i am a little drunk. pardon me, if i am wrong. if you feel bad about my posting...ignore it. idont want to be offensive. i am drunk...sry.

Win 10 and above is a maze of interconnected functions and while I managed to give mine a broken toe, it is tied to the entire functionality of MS "Who's Computer Is It Anyways ?".
Installing something on top of it will not disable it. This is not Win 7, welcome to the NWO of Computing.

Home doesn't have Group Policy Editor; that's one of the reasons to just use Win10/11 PRO
