Pc will turn on, but won’t display anything
I’ve had my PC for about 4 weeks, and I left it on one night, and when I went back to it to play some games, nothing was showing on the display. When I tried to power it off, nothing would happen. I even unplugged the power button cables and tried to short it with a screwdriver, but it didn’t turn off. I turn off the power supply, and then turned the pc on, but it still wouldn’t display, and now there are red lights on my mobo saying there is something wrong the the cpu and the vram.

If it’s helpful, my specs are as follows:

AMD RYZEN 5 5600X

ASRock b550 phantom gaming 4

MSI GeForce RTX 3050 ventus 2x

Team group t-force Vulcan ddr4 8 gigs (2 sticks)

600W thermal take PS-SPD-0600NPCWBZ-W

make sure the monitor is on
double check that the display is on the correct input

make sure the display is plugged into the dedicated gpu, not the mobo

and seriously, get a better psu
thermaltake smart is trash
get one thats 80+ gold or better
that one is 80+ white (vanilla) not even bronze which has been the pc standard for 10+ years
I had this happen to me before. It turned out to be a mouse I connected and the computer was searching it for information when I would turn the pc on. It would eventually boot to windows, but tit would seriously take like 3 minutes.

During this time the red led error for cpu was illuminated. Did plug in a new periferal that might cause something similar?

Other than that, I would try swapping the cmos battery, just incase. Make sure there's no jumper still on the cmos pins etc. check the power button for sticking (it's supposed to be spring loaded and release).

Monitor on, on the correct input, plugged into the gpu, can afford one (broke as hell)

Didn’t plug in a new periferal

Clear CMOS.
if there is something wrong with the vram, then something might be wrong with your graphics card. since your cpu does not have an integrated gpu, you need a separate graphics card. graphics cards some times fry. you could try another graphics card if you have an old one laying around.

the board would only detect bad system ram, not the gpus vram
the 5600x has no igpu

the board only have ram led, not 'vram'
cpu, ram, vga(gpu), storage

the motherboard would react to a fried gpu.

Reset BIOS
Replace CMOS CR2032 battery.

Use DisplayPort and try a different port on the GPU.
the battery is not the issue here. i have experienced dead batteries a lot of times. it have never led to the pc failing to show anything on the screen. though the clock does not go when the pc is off. a laptop would steal power from the other battery. the worst i have experienced is that the pc always loads bios defaults, because there is no battery to save the settings.

Funny things, it happened on my PSU before i have 850watt, mine was 650watt aeasonic gold, i was chilling and suddenly the screen going black and the PSU cable red blinking

4weeks pc, easy to claim RMA

with newer boards it can, if its figuring out the memory training on every boot

but the cmos battery should last 10+ years if the psu is not turned off
that have never happened to me. all of my desktops still work. or at least they did last time i tested them. my dell got a serious driver problem however and the graphcs card only worked for a few hours at a time. my more than 10 years old HP desktop still works perfectly. my evercom got a broken harddrive. that was caused by a design flaw where the harddrive was on top of a speaker.
