I'll run memtest when I go to bed.
Can check the drive health with CrystalDiskInfo
Can check drive integrity and along with verifying your drive contents via
CMD (Run As Admin)
CHKDSK /F /R
Then to verify your OS, in CMD run
SFC /SCANNOW
SFC fixed some files.
Chkdsk cannot be run due to drive in use.
Just did a reboot and it took a bit longer than usual, but did load into windows.
In case you haven't reviewed these results yet:

If it's 84% Health, that's still OK but I would check it periodically--like 2x per year at minimum. Edit: if your drive needs a TRIM, open Start Menu and start typing "defrag" Open that program and see what it says about optimizing it.
I didn't watch it the full time it ran, but it said it was fixing files.
Trims were done less than 20 days ago and just did it now.
Funny thing is, it says the Samsung drive is 84% and yet the T-Force drive is 100% which is my CoD drive.
I have Samsung Magician running already and it says it's "good".
But since the memtest failed, I'm just gonna go ahead and buy a new kit. The same kit I bought earlier in 2022 is a lot cheaper now. $44 CAD at memory express.
