Need to UPgrade my Dell!

I recently financed a Dell Inspiron 660 so i could build up credit. The computer is running very fast. it has a Intel i5 3.1 Ghz processor, 8 GB ram, and 1 TB HD, and running windows 8. The only prob i currently have is that the Graphics card is an Integrated Intel HD 2000. now im not made of money so i cant go out and buy a Graphics card thats 500 bucks. but i also need to upgrade the power supply as well. so these are what ive been looking at if you guys can tell me weather or not there a good choice to go with. I suggest you go for something better than the R7 240 & you don't need a 700w PSU.

I will deff look into that video card. a little more than what i was looking at spending but should be worth it. do they have the same card but one that only has one HDMI? im not looking a dual screening because my desk is pretty small
