Which would be best for gaming and recording game play?

Well I would say building your own is the best option instead of any of those.

Still if you have to buy one of those I would go with the first one but check that it's power supply is ok and at least 80 Plus Bronze or you may need to replace that. My second choice would be the third one (and it would be my first choice probably except for price) and the center one is dead last.

Here however is what I would recommend building yourself instead in the same price range:

AMD FX 8320 8 core 3.5 Ghz (4Ghz Turbocore) CPU, HD 7950 3GB GPU, 16GB RAM, 2TB HDD, 650w 80 Plus Gold EVGA PSU, DVD-burner, Windows 8.1 64bit, 23 inch 1920*1080 monitor, keyboard, mouse, 2.1 channel speaker with 2 side and 1 subwoofer.

for under £800 you can build an i5 4670k setup with quality parts

@rove quit putting 16g of ram in gaming machines, its a waste of money
ram is expensive now, when games need 16g itll be cheaper to buy another 8g kit
