Where the ♥♥♥♥ do I find the Soundmax Drivers?
So I love Realtek you just go to there site and download the drivers really simple no endless searching and never finding the drivers. but my soundcard is a piece of ♥♥♥♥. Awesome sound but I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate soundmax so much. compare it to realtek and this is a piece of crap.
I can't find the drivers anywhere. none what so ever I even googled Soundmax offical site and the site din't have downloads. Where as I can google realtek offical site and get the drivers sadly my PC doesn't use them even though there installed cause the sound card ain't compatable.
I have an Elitebook 6930p with soundmax. Not sure if you actully need the specs or not but if you do just ask.

No problem. Yea with any laptop, the maker is usually the best source for drivers/software.
Avoid using Windows Updates for Hardware Device Drivers.

For the latest graphics driver, you should try Intel's website...

actully I've tried that. Told me it was a custom driver. So I got the drivers off of your link cause it was custom. Turns out my Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility (Chipset INF) *Trying saying THAT 5 times fast!* Is out of date So I think I should update it It doesn't even say I have it installed so should I install it for this laptop?

Yes, the Intel drivers consist of two sets; Intel INF Chipset Drivers and the Intel Graphics Drivers.

Ok So if I install the drivers they won't mess up my computer at all? I'm using a Intel core 2 Duo CPU P8700 @ 2.5GHz. If that helps at all. Is there any chance that the driver will screw up the computer at all? Kinda can't replace it.
It will be fine. The drivers u want to install are...

> Intel INF Chipset
> Intel Graphics Driver
> ADI Soundmax Audio Driver

again, no harm as those are meant for your particular model of HP Elitebook.

When u go to get the drivers however, just make sure u selecting the correct OS from here > http://h20566.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/public/psi/swdHome/?cc=us&lang=en&sp4ts.oid=3688870&ac.admitted=1386013077027.876444892.199480143

Which would be Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit

The most that will happen is you'll cause a situation where you can't boot into the OS anymore. That's highly unlikely, but even if it does happen you can reload the OS and start from scratch. You do have an OS disk, right? You will not damage any hardware.
If the OS fails to load due to a driver. U can load into Safe Mode and then remove the driver. Then reboot into normal mode again.

Thanks for all the info I'll install the drivers now!
You should make an OS backup, the system should include a shortcut within your start menu for making an OS backup disc. You will need a Blank DVD Disc for this. But it can save u alot of headache should u ever need it. While an OEM system such as yours should have a hidden partition on the hard drive that is bootable for means of performing a factory restore (Windows OS restoration), you should still make the OS Backup Disc. In case the original hard drive were to fail.

Ok does it have to be this computer cause my computer can handle 64bit witch my mom's laptop has and I don't have a burner so I can't burn the OS from the drive.
I do have a burner on my mom's laptop though
