what driver ver are you using?
Before i got Win7 id format every 6 months or more to keep things fresh.. i havent done that ever since id gotten Win7 lol.
In any case, not sure why 64bit would be showing different VRAM..
Have you tried lowering your graphic settings a little bit? im able to play BF4 on Full Ultra @ 2xMSAA and i only have a 660 Ti @ 1920x1080. I Turned the Lighting graphics settings to Low as i dont care for lighting and shadows(especially shadows) and since then i havent had any problems.
You could give that a try and see what happens.
Whats your GPUs temps when playing BF4? high temps can cause the display driver to hang/crash also.
But thats pretty much it..
im about to play it, if i come across any problems again ill post it.
