Gaming headsets?

So i am getting headsets i was thinking about Qpad qh-90 and Logitech G430 if you have better suqestions leave above! 110 euros max

for gaming and fairly good sound....something that wont blow a big hole in your wallet....might i suggest Razer Kraken Pro...Its currently on sale in ebay and amazon too

all overpriced garbage that feel odd on your head after a couple minutes, they dont breathe well causing moisture to build up, thus turning your ears into a swamp and eventually smelling odd, turtlebeach is your best bet for the price....and don't buy bluetooth headsets, not smart to have a bluetooth transmitter near your head for extended periods of time, that and the modulation sucks....people sound robotic most of the time...

Just get a pair of Sennheisers or other good headphones and a clip mic.
I got a pair of HD558's myself and i will NEVER EVER go back to the ♥♥♥♥ they call gaming headsets. Sound quality between my Razer Charcarias (80 euro) and my HD205's is already equal ,and HD205\s cost 40 euro. The sound difference between my HD558's and my razers is night and day.

Getting some good headphones, maybe some HD515's or HD448's would serve you MUCH better than any gaming headset.
I use a zalman clip mic myself, it costs 10 bucks inc shipping and does it's job fine.

Highly highly recommend proper headphones over any gaming headsets.
PS: Never fall for the 7.1 and 5.1 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, it's virtual surround, still stereo headphones. With a decent soundcard you can use virtual 5.1 on ANY headphone.

I enjoy my Logitech 930 wireless. They work, feel, clear mic, and sound great.

Yes, with virtual surround software any set of headphones work. I used some regular head phones up until now. Got tired of running over the cord with my chair and wanted 7.1 over 5.1.

1. What consoles do you want your headset to be compatible with?
2. Wireless or wired?
3. Stereo or Surround?
4. How much will you be willing to spend on one?

If you read above, Surround is a stupid gimmick.
Any good dac/soundcard can do surround :)
