Any of these would be amazing builds, specially the first two but also the last one.
Before you spend more money than you need to you should also know that you can get a very capable gaming tower for about $500-$700 like these:

Both these are better than the next generation PlayStation 4 or Xbox One in terms of Hardware, the second one significantly so. You should be able to play all current games on high settings at 1920*1080 resolution and you should be able to play future games for several years. Good computers have become amazingly cheap these days.

Creative Zr are great If you are use sound card for music, movie and gaming. But if you want more like studio then upgrade sound card to Creative ZxR for 120 dollar more, they are custom AMP chip. As for video card, GTX 780 Ti are new titan and beat GTX Titan for first time. It is 700 dollar each. SeaSonic are alike to Corair and XFX, but I decide to avoid Corsair because they install that is not really need such as interfacer connector. For reason Win 7 is choosen, it is much stable for studio and gaming than windows 8.1. For disc drive, i would avoid LG since two of my DVD burner fail easily. ASUS and Pioneer are great drive.
at $3000cad

@Rove I figure the asus blu ray reader in the build is good enough. Not interested of burning any. the HD might take out the ssd and go bigger on just one hd to 3tb. I will be able to upgrade or add more or bigger as time progresses
@Xxplosive
Just lmao the case is huge
