You can simply use apps such as CPUID HWMonitor and also GPU-Z.
You have to ALT+TAB over to them however they will keep a record of the max while the apps are running, so simply start them up before loading up any games.
But if that is not your issue, as you say you uninstalled it, as far as Games loading up correctly and such, then it's something else. Stop an app from running, one at a time to rule them out.
So for example, now Exit out of MSI AB entirely, then load up a game that you had issues with before and see if the issues are still present, if so then it was never MSI AB or RTSS that was your issue in the first place and it's something else that is the problem/conflict.
BIOS has nothing to do with file conflicts. Like WTF.
Does their tech support even speak proper English?
Nothing like that is having anything to do with your OS or Games.
For example, DX12 games generally do not like it when any ALT+Tabbing occurs when the game is ran under Full-Screen Mode.
That doesn't have the features many Gamers and Benchmarking folks need; such as OSD features, CPU and GPU Temps, VRAM usage etc.
Course now with Win10/11 that is made easier with the Xbox GameBar. While simple, it does the job in a pinch.
That's not even possible if you are doing it correctly from Task Manager.
And limit yourself to only things that would run/start an EXE or Service based on what's installed by the User and not the OS. The OS will block you from ending certain tasks.
You shouldn't need to go stopping a bunch of services though. Services part of your OS would only be filled with junk if you installed a bunch of junk to begin with. The OS supplied services shouldn't hurt or interfere with Gaming.
