Easiest method is OpenRGB, an open-source tool that's trying to bring as much support for as many RGB products as possible into a single tool.

I heard that but does it support my devices? And can use my OLED Screen on my keyboard to look at system usage and temps?

Apex 5 is supported, G102 doesn't seem to be supported, so you're probably just going to have to use different RGB softwares at the same time.
