Making windows 11 look like windows 95/windows 2000?
Already got the green desktop background.

Would like the taskbar back to normal/easy mode. I see no need for change.

Scrap together a Windows 95 PC then. Optionally, try Linux Mint Xfce or something similar.

As far as I'm concerned, https://github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu is mandatory.

Though it makes things more Windows 7-like.

I do keep a Windows 2000 VM around for classic games.
