i7-4770k stock cooler question

I have just finished building my first PC, but had a problem with my 212 evo so decided to use the stock cooler until i send it back an replace it. Would the stock cooler be ok to play games such as arma 3, bf4, dayz and skyrim on ultra, aslong as i don't overclock?

CPU, not stock cooler, CPU covered by warranty. You're right, it can void warranty after overclocked.

Stock cooler also, covered by the same warranty as CPU.
