The DeathAdder is one of the most popular mice for a reason. They are known to have great sensors with no jitter, no acceleration, and no prediction. They are also high quality mice unlike some of the other products Razer puts out.
I had to RMA my Deathadder twice due to the firmware tool ruining it. Got a new one both times, but eventually bought the Sensei.
I can tell you (I use a QcK+ Mousepad) the difference in accuracy of the sensor is noticable. The Sensei is much more accurate due to it's duel sensor i assume. Also the Steelseries Driver is much more customizable. Except for the Macro part, which is better on the razer drivers, the Sensei is superior in every way.
I'd totally recommend you to go for the Sensei.
