I went for an OCZ ZS650, probably the best value in that price range and I would recommend it over the Corsair CX series. However, I think OCZ went bankrupt a while ago, so if you had warranty issues, that might be a problem...
You don't happen to be from Belgium/Netherlands? I know a good pricewatch to get significant cheaper parts for that region.

You should make very sure you buy at least 80+ bronze. It's worth the $ to save the electricity in the long run and also 80 Plus Bronze usually will insure that ok quality and will actually deliver enough power on the 12v rail.
It'd be over your budget but might be cheaper in the long term.
