That is not my problem that i am having. Im having dozens of horizontal staticy lines going up and down my screen. It seems to come up on more graphically demanding games.
The GTX 760 uses 170watts, while your old GTX 650 uses 65watts. Your psu might not be up to the task of supplying enough power for the upgraded card.
That is my computer case, and i also have all the latest drivers and even re-installed them.
don't reinstall the latest drivers , go back to the older drivers to see if that solves the problem..
however that PSU is a POS... i bet it can barely handle 400 watts , so yeah if reinstalling older drivers don't work for you , it's a safe bet that the PSU just can't handle the power needed for that card when it really starts working.
seasonic , corsair are some brands , but there are lots of good ones out there...
if you think you see one you liek , do a google search on it for a review , tomshardware and some other sites do some nice in depth reviews of PSU's and then you know if it's any good or not.

I'm sure that is the problem. You should be on a digital connection. I've seen what you describe when I hooked a TV to my PC with VGA.
