The only one in that price range that might be good enough is this one:

(because it has a dedicated graohics card (Nvidia GT 720M)), but I have no clue wether it will be good enough for Garry's mod

4200U is a dual core with ht and turbo to 2.6
with the intel 4400
1 desktops are more powerfull than laptops
2 you can upgrade your desktop over time if u needed to
3 it will last u alot longer than buying a laptop.
