Razer DeathStalker Ultimate :: Switchblade UI nonfunctional

The Deathstalker is a really cool keyboard, with macro keys, multicolor backlighting, and of course, the Switchblade UI. That last part has somehow ceased to function entirely.

I've tested the hardware itself on a different computer, and there's no doubt about it, its the Razer Synapse software thats the cause of the problem. Somehow, Razer has managed to fix the problem with the Mamba not working, but the Switchblade is straight up not responding. This is incredibly frustrating. The trackpad still works, but the apps are completely frozen. Just little black screens. Help?

The obvious thing to do first would be try and re-install Razer Synapse, if you have not done so already.

Done it three times. It seems to want to work at random since it's working perfectly right now.

Do you also have any other hardware (mouse, etc) using software drivers, such as 'Logitech Game Software' installed? Some of these are known to conflict with each other. Uninstall the comflicting drivers if any for testing purposes. Check under the control panel > Device Manager for any issues and under Start > Run > type 'Event Viewer' > Custom Views > Administrative Events > Look at the logs for any possible error messages. Also, make sure you get 32bit or 64bit drivers depending on your Operating System and flash update the firmware if available.

There are some things I'm iffy with that keyboard as well. Note I just have the DeathStalker keyboard - don't think I have the ultimate.

Sometimes there's a wierd glitch where it types "ccccccccccccccccccccccccccc" continuously until I stop it. Also, the cap light doesn't turn on at times (like right now).

this keyboard is crap, expensive and no have utiliy and the razor 2.0 works like ♥♥♥♥... buy Logitech.. i have my razer deadth stalker ultimate and i dont know what i can do with this...
