The CPU is 125w, but the motherboard only supports 95w. Your memory should be in a 2x4GB configuration.

If you're going to go AMD, go with a Vishera Core... FX-4300 in your case.
Id also scrap the 760G chipset motherboard. Look for something with a 970, 990X, 990FX chipset

Motherboard is rubbish, harddrive is too slow and for laptops, CPU cooler is weak, CPU is weak and graphics card is kinda weak too. PSU is way too powerful for such graphics card.

yes but dont put a fx cpu in a 700 series board
they were designed for aii/pii cpus and will run a fx like a phenom

and the m-lx will throttle a fx cpu because its designed for 95w and will limit it to that
