p8z77-v w/ i5 processor compatibility? and more!

im looking at the p8z77-v from asus i like this motherboard it has nice features and is typical
though i see the asus p8z77-v pro and see a little difference between the two motherboards only that is $20- $30 dollar price difference. not really interested in the pro ver. okay so the p8z77-v asus motherboard looks abit big maybe a full atx motherboard. i look at the chipset and it looks crazy more like a z87 chipset. though the p8z77-v is compatible with i3/i5/i7 processors im abit unsure. as this would be my first build i want to know if parts are compatible to be sure. my selected cpu processor is a i5 3570k mobo p8z77-v now since the mobo i hear is a full atx mobo will it fit a cooler master 912 chassis is 18.9 x 9.1 x 19.5 inches
the mobo is 3.9 x 11.8 x 2.9 inches.

The ASUS P8B75-V LGA 1155 & i5-3570K FCLGA 1155 are compatible. The board would fit in the HAF 912. That board has a USB 3.0 header, but the case doesn't support it.
