I don't have your exact monitor OP but I have a different Asus TUF monitor which is probably fairly similar. I keep mine on Racing Mode because that allows for RGB tweaking (was direly needed on my monitor) and also I've been toying around with a low level variable OD.
Not really a big fan of any of the others bells and whistles such as Shadow Boost.
Don't forget that you can also tweak some settings through your AMD or Nvidia software as well.
