It is a quality screen in all regards. The only negative I have is its a bit cumbersome to change inputs.
Viewsonic has been a quality company for decades and I've owned many over the years. Hard to go wrong.
That is discontinued afaik and its replacement is $999; and has worse color than the Dell I linked you with 100% REC 709 and 98% DCI-P3.

You can sort ^ that by column to list highest rated Color accuracy (pre-calibration) to see which models they've tested as the best color accuracy from the factory.
That's too small and if you are doing video editing you want at least two screens.
Having one of the two (if limited to two screens) be an ultrawide monitor will help greatly with productivity
If going to use any 4K Monitor then it should be around 32 inches minimum
