Does not have to be the best.
Also does anyone know if a AIO comes with new thermal paste ? Or does it not need it? Guessing it needs it again.
for an aio, get the biggest rad the case supports
For that CPU I'd look to get an AIO that uses a 360mm Rad

Greatly appreciated!
MSI - MAG CORELIQUID 240R V2 - AIO ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler - Rotating Cap Design - 240mm Radiator - Dual 120mm ARGB PWM Fans - Black
CORSAIR - iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX XT 120mm Fans + 360mm Radiator Liquid Cooling System with ultra-bright CAPELLIX RGB LEDs - Black
CORSAIR - iCUE H150i ELITE LCD XT 120mm Fans + 360mm Radiator Liquid Cooling System with IPS LCD Screen - Black
Corsair's LCD is an expensive gimmick and requires you to use iCUE to make use of it at all. But the unit itself is pretty good, but there are other good AIOs out there like Lian Li's Gallahad, Arctic's Liquid Freezer II, and EK's AIOs.
70-80% of all these AIO are using roughly the same pump.
Lian-Li or Corsair
No the Rad won't replace Case Fans. It will be required to put fans on at least one side of the Rad. So you will need to account for the Rad thickness with the Fans mounted to it.
Had an MSI one for a week. Went from a little noisy to loud enough that when I RMA'd it over the phone I didn't even need to move my phones mic closer to the PC. That was with the PC on floor under desk and me seated in my chair
Maybe get a slightly older version Corsair H150 to save some money.
