Asrock® Z790 Taichi vs. Asus® ROG STRIX Z790-E: Pros & Cons of these motherboards?

The online store that I'm most likely buying my next computer from is offering these motherboards, and I'm trying to determine which is better.

What I do know:

• Asrock's motherboard has 8 vs 4 SATA plugs & 130 SNR vs 120 SNR (have that now for the Z390 version)
  
• Asus has lots more USB ports

Components that I have settled on,

• CPU: Intel i9-13900K
  
• RAM: 64G 6000MHz
  
• Video: NVidia 4090 w. 24G of VRAM

From the Verus.com site, they appear to close in performance. Curious if anyone else has scrutinized these 2 motherboards.
