Can you recommend some good gaming headphones
What do you think are the best gaming headphones for around $200 or less?

I'd say go for a sennheiser or beyerdynamic headphone with separate mic setup like the Antlion mod mic or desk mic blue yetis. Otherwise something like the hyperx cloud wireless II or III if you just want an all in one solution with decent enough quality, drivers and soundstage for gaming.

In this budget range I'd avoid gaming headsets and buy a pair of DT 770's for closed back or Sennheiser HD 599 special edition if you want open back.

You can then pair this with a desk mic.

If on a tighter budget I think the Hyper Cloud 2's are pretty good for what they are. I've used high quality studio headphones, but have Cloud 2's for on the go and while I can still hear the difference in quality. They still have a fairly balanced sound, decent sound stage and a nice punchy bass.
