What do you want to see from the new panel in terms of features?
HDR?
Higher res? Such as 1440p for example
Which aspect ratio?
144Hz is rather low for modern 16:9 panels; I'd look at 240Hz w/ GSync or FreeSync Premium via DisplayPort.
I wouldn't bother with LG. Look at MSI or Alienware.
when i upgrade monitor iam looking color, like can it do 10bit , or 8bitfcr
if your 144mhz monitor already have those, you wont see something new
people buy Oled for the color right
Instead I suggest you buy an s95b (qd oled) which has brilliant picture quality. If you want to see what true quantum dot can achieve then qd oled is the way to go.
or if its not a daily driver or on 24-7 expect screen burn after a year of use
for a tv, it wont be as bad since there are fewer static images on it
but for pc, taskbar, desktop icons and static stuff will burn much faster
image shift or burning inverted and overdriving burned led subpixels can reduce the visual effects of burn, but its still gong to burn and be there after years of use
Digital art 3d and browsing I do on an LCD.
I don't know.
The difference between a good IPS and OLED is significant. But only you can answer whether it's worth it.
To really appreciate an OLED you need to play the right games. Borderlands, for example, is just jaw dropping on an OLED. The bright almost fluorescent gun effects are exactly what an OLED loves. The inky black scenes with brilliant effects are just amazing.
They are fast too.
Downside of course is that you can't usually get a warranty that lasts longer than three years.
One of the reasons you would opt for QD-OLED over WOLED is the increased brightness, at 4K @ 240Hz the peak brightness with DSC is around 603 nits at 10% window size for mine, which is perfectly fine for an OLED screen but when you're coming from IPS/ MiniLED/QLED brightness levels (+1500 nits) looks absolutely dim af (at first).
I still prefer WOLED over QD-OLED for everything else.
In general lower tier QD-OLED screens are better then WOLED screens but in the higher tier price bracket WOLED screens are generally better then QD-OLED.

I'm going to take a look at WOLED, but probably won't upgrade at all.
Excellent call. A lot of FOMO was driving me toward it.
But you have to come to terms with Samsung's bad OS.
Higher tier woled is a waste of money when it gets absolutely demolished by your entry qd oled.
At first i wanted to buy the samsung g9 odyssey g95sc (should be the glossy one and no where is writen up on amazon and don't know the differences) or the g95sd which is newer i think some months old with a new panel with glare free something something and more resistant to burn in( for real?) .
But on those i read and saw it have problems with black outs, the OS ( which can be turned off completely to fix it's problems, which i don't mind if i can do) and over heating...
1200 euro + 40 for 2 years more of insurance , i think from amazon but im not sure what's included..mostly burn in.
The other option im looking for is the ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG49WCD , samsung panel and real software engineering for us gamers , best of both worlds?
There's another option for the lg ultragear but 39'' and 21:9 ( resolution and aspect ration i have now on an iiyama 21:9 ips panel) .
I really want one but i will really pissed out if i have to trow away it after a few months lol.
I will play games and that's it and ill try to not left it alone open like i do now...browser open or game in pause and me in bed watching crap on the phone for half an hour or something or worse when i leave to cook for a few hours.
That's debateable, both have their advantages.
WOLED has better ambient light handling, allowing for better contrast even at brighter room conditions and better 10% window white brightness making highlights pop more. Also less text fringing.
I still prefer the absolute inky blacks that you do not have on most entry level QD OLED screens.
