Deepcool AK620 if you are not in US.
ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO is decent one too.
Thermalrights are 155mm and 154mm height, Deepcool is 160mm and Arctic 157mm.
Fan positions are usually adjustable put they usually wont cover RAM slots in the first place.
If you remove the cases side panel carefully does it fix the cooling issue?
And indication that cpu cooler isn't making good contact etc...?
Case fans facing correct direction?
Wraith Stealth cooler that he has is completely inadequate for X3D CPU so his temps are not exactly surprising.
Ryzen 5700X3D is a bit demanding for the cooler. It has lower max allowed temp and higher TDP. I'm not sure you really need one of these huge double tower coolears, but you need something decent. Something like beQuiet Pure Rock (not Slim, that's too small) or Shadow Rock might be enough, but you also need to improve airflow in your PC case.
Hint: Mount 2 fans on the top of your case. They need to move the hot air out of the case. Hot air goes up by itself. Mounting 2 fans you will move that air out quickly and greatly improve the airflow, If you don't want to buy additional fans, take 2 from the front (top and middle). They really don't do any good for the airflow in your PC case.
Some are wider then others, not taller

BeQuiet has motherboard compatibility check on their website if you want to be sure:

It's a MASSIVE cooler though. It barely fits in my Fractal North case and it barely clears the RAM. It does fit though.
