5090 availability question

I live in Poland. Any tips on getting a 5090 on launch day? Like how early should I show up to get in line. Should I make looking for shops sites every minute ?

Would not be surprised if the initial round of 5090's will be grabbed up by scalpers within seconds of storefronts making them available. Just like every high-demand/big release in the past decade.

Probably only chance to get one would be some brick and mortar store. Online will be gone in seconds.

as others have mentioned the online scene will be gone in literal seconds
scalpers will set up bots before they are launched. the chances of you getting one are nearly 0 if not entirely 0

maybe you'll be able to get one at an actual real life store but since your in poland you probably wont see them in stores for a good month or two after they release just like pretty much every other country other then the US

hell canada doesn't get the latest and greatest for multiple months after release and we are literally right next to the US.

OP is known for trolling in the hardware sub and he's doing the same goddarn thing since years.

It's the same story every few months when they drop a new CPU or GPU. His comment history will tell you more than I could do.

He has done that with the 2080TI, 3090TI, 4090 and now the 5090 while he didn't own ANY of these GPUs. He does that with CPUs too.

Put him on ignore/blocklist so you dont forget when he asks about the availability of the 6090.

Personally, I am waiting for either the 5090Ti or 6090Ti - the next Titan X (which should have been the 4090Ti but was scrapped by Nvidia).

There's a website b&h or something that's lesser known than others. It's where I almost got a 7900xtx immediately and $200 below msrp...but you had to act fast anyway. I was told my order was received and then it was denied due to too many people placing orders lol
