Should I overclock?

I currently have an AMD FX 8320 CPU clocked at 3.5 ghz
My specs are:
MOBO: Gigabyte GA 970A-DS3P
PSU: 500W Evga
HDD: 1tb caviar blue wd
SSD: 120GB kingston
GPU: radeon r9 270x sapphire 2GB
CPU COOLER: cm seidon 120v
RAM: 8GB corsair vengeance
My cpu temps are 30 celsius idle and up to 45 degrees when playing game.
I don't do much rending or anything, just play games.

Yeah, my pc wouldnt turn on and I had to jump some pins, I don't think I'm going to try overclocking for a VERY long time
