Windows 7 service pack 1
Basically, I bought a code online which says it will only work on the windows 7 service pack 1 disc. The disc I have says windows 7 professional including service pack 1. Will the key work? Does it mean it wouldn't work if it it included windows 7 service pack 2 instead?

There is no service pack 2 (yet) and the limitation is to the version of windows 7 (home basic, professional, enterprise) not the service pack.

edit: if you bought home basic then you can download .iso file from digitalriver (microsofts digital distribution partner). you can find links on the net

Service Packs are just software packages (basically a large group of updates). Some Windows setup DVDs come with them, but even if they don't, you can install them from Windows update with no problems at all.

Yes ^ If your disc doesn't work then go download the ISO from Microsoft/DigitalRiver

As those would be like Ultimate Edition and allow users to use that higher edition in order to install all the lower editions; like Pro, Home Premium, etc.

If your purchased key was for Pro or Home Premium; then the OS disc u already have on-hand should work.

Let me ask to do this procedure will I have to burn future ( planning to upgrade ) to windows 7...will I have to burn the files to a virgin dvd then it says I need daemon tools to read as image...how will be able to do that if the upgrade from windows xp to windows 7.....I'm new at this...need I to installar daemon tools and putt the disc to read and do the steps of installation ?
Other question to burn to virgin dvd can nero program do the work I mean save the installing files to a new dvd ? I am still planning on going forward with this upgrade but yet since I've been years with xp is my first time and don't want to do anything wrong.
Personally if I were you I would download an ISO and just put that on a USB (4GB or higher) it's a lot simpler and it will install a lot quicker from a USB than it would a disc. But to answer your question to burn a 64bit version of Windows 7 SP1 you would want a blank disc (4GB of higher) and you could just use the built-in Windows disc burner, you wouldn't need any special software all you would need is a disc drive that can burn discs.

U need a tool that can properly extract the ISO file to DVD or USB Flash Drive; u can't simply just put the ISO file onto a media and expect it to work, cause it won't

Something like NERO Burning Suite can handle ISO file extraction to media.
USB Flash is way to complicated for newbs if u not familiar with DiskPart, CMD and all that.
I would just do DVD (4.7GB) if u have a DVD Read/Writer

Not complicated, download ISO and use the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool to make a booable USB or Disk

burn the iso you have using free dvd bruner software 'imageburn'.
burn to dvd as an *.iso file and not as ordinary data aas the former is bootable and the other is not.
