to help pick a gaming gpu
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-5.html
current value leaders
cpu: i5 4690k
gpu: gtx970
for gaming, 8g of ram is fine
make sure its 1600+ cl9- 1.5v- kit
mobo: any z97 will allow overclockig on 4690k
most will support crossfire, will need to get a better one for sli support
cpu cooler: 212evo for mild oc, h80-105+ for higher
but currently 4690k does not need to be overclocked for any game
ssd/hdd: quality 240+g ssd and/or 1-2tb hdd 7200rpm 64mb cache seagate or wd
power supply: 550w for any single gpu, 750+w for sli capable with gtx970s and i5
case: any with bottom mount power supply, top fans, usb 3.0 ports
if you are doing streaming or lots of video editing, i7 and 16g of ram will help
but for gaming it will not help at all
sli capable, under €1200euro

You are welcome to be a fool with your money if you wish. It is my opinion that if you want to spend that much on a PC you should know what you are doing, build it yourself and have a reasonable purpose for all that performance that actually makes sense.
You can build a killer gaming PC for far less than 5000-6000 Euro and bank the rest or give it to charity or whatever would be a wiser use than spending on perfromance you won't use.
Personally I'm a fan of AMD but I also believe the Intel i7 and i7 Extreme CPUs are good though too expensive for me.
The build by _|_ above is solid but I'd take a i7, 32GB of RAM and a GTX 980 in there if I could.
Personally I'd recommend a AMD FX 8370E CPU, high performance Noctua air-cooler to fit case (D15 if it will fit, it's 165mm) or watercooler of your choice, ASRock 990FX Extreme9 socket AM3+ motherboard, R9 290X GPU or GTX 980 ti (which is not released yet), 32GB of RAM, 512GB SSD, 3TB HDD, Windows Professional and all the other stuff you need to fill in.
However what is best is that you learn what you are doing and do a little project and research yourself to make sure you know what everything is and are happy with it.
Here are some good links for comparing GPUs. GFLOPS are important like CPU GHz but are not the full story of performance. A good GPU will make the most difference for your gaming.

AMD Radeon:

You may also want to look into virtual reality, multiple monitors, projectors and projector arrays if you really want to spend a ton. That can get very expensive much over your budget however. It can really be a rip-off as well.
The best is usually to go for single monitor as big and high resolution as is a reasonable deal in comparison to what else is available. Then get a system to power that with some to spare for the future and with room for upgrades if required and where possible.
If you have money to burn and want beastly rig that can hold up well for years then something like this:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/TMGQBm
Those parts are not picked because they are most expensive but because of their quality.
This rig can also handle 4K monitor fairly well but 1440p 144 Hz Asus ROG Swift would work with best performance.
Ok thanks for your advices and I got it,though forgot to mention i need a beast ( not to THROW it 2 years later) since pc gaming has made a huge leap and the next one will be after 2-3 years i suppose
i will purchase THIS pc
Cpu - i7-5960x 8 core 3.0GHz
Gpu - 3x 4096MB GeForce GTX980 Triple-SLI
64 GB [8x 8GB] DDR4-2133 RAM
250 GB SSD + 6,0 TB hard disk drive
Motherboard - MSI X99S Gaming 9 ACK
Power Supply - 1000 W Bequiet Dark Power Pro 10 CM
Case - Haven't decided yet although should be big and beautiful to satisfy my principle
thanks for your response, this pc was already on my mind but i just had to ask cos i needed to know if u would recommend something even more powerful but no,i guess this is it
the reason why i use triple sli is that i will get the option to upgrade my sli cards whenever i want at anytime, the cpu is powerful enough, still thinking of downgrading RAM to 32 ddr4 since 64 too much i know and as for the HDD and SSD i think 250 gb is enough for my OS and 6tb is enough for gaming library

But watercooling 3-way sli must be a PITA. I wouldn't know, can only dream of such things.
Personally though, I love it and I have it. It's been a wonderful investment for me.
Has absolutely stunning looks(subjective opinion) and is an ultra tower with tons of modular options for at least Quad-Radiators(considering you would go with Tri-SLI liquid-cooling). And not to mention impeccable durability on both interior and exterior parts.
Although it is like couple of years old chassis model. But yeah it's one hell of a chassis. Stands out rather nicely against competitors, if you could even call them that!

64 Gb RAM is complete overkill unless you work for Pixar.
Larger then 2 Tb HDD are not most reliable and have some other issues, best to get bunch of 2 Tb drives and RAID as many as you need if you really need that kind of storage.
i7-5960x is not actually that much better then i7-4790K currently for gaming, dont expect some miracle performance compared.
Well I guess I could do a 'what if I had 5000 euros to spend' xd
EK waterblocks are good, I use them personally. They are Slovenian but ship to EU in a matter of days.
I would just get the full watercooling deal from there. So, here we go.
http://www.ekwb.com/shop/
3 x EK-FC980 GTX - Nickel vga fullcover= 3 x 110e
3 x EK-FC980 GTX Backplate - Nickel = 3 x 40e
1 x EK-Supremacy EVO - Gold cpu block= 90e
1 x EK-DBAY D5 PWM (reservoir+pump) = 152e
1 x EK Coolstream XTX 360 = 97e
12 x EK-CSQ Fitting 12/16mm G1/4 - Nickel = 12 x 5e
2 x TUBE PrimoChill PrimoFlex™ Advanced LRT™ 15,9 / 11,1mm - Pearl UV Green RETAIL 3m = 2 x 24e
2 x EK-Ekoolant UV Lime GREEN (premix 1000mL) = 2 x 7e
Total ~ 900e
outside EK
3 x Noctua NF-S12A PWM 120mm fans = 3 x 20e from a couple places
You don't have to make it UV green. But I think it looks cool xd. Especially with some UV leds.
Note! I am unsure a triple 120mm rad is enough for 3 way sli and CPU. My first intuition says nope. So would have to add another double 120mm rad into the loop. That pump is powerful enough, but even so there will be quite a bit of flow restriction due to 3-way sli.
Ah, the problems of the rich.
i am a worker/gamer (not a pro since i dont get PAID by playing games, but i enjoy playing games) going to vacations, wearing good clothes and family type
i have saved money to spend on this and the principles mentioned above are the way i live
ty for your adviced i will take furthermore analysis on everything
