I use high refresh Monitors but don't get me wrong, 60-120 FPS in most games is plenty smooth.
I will always try to avoid using DLSS though. Some games its fine but in some its just awful. People want to act like it doesn't degrade the visuals. You need your eyes checked then.
There is noticeable difference
If my 4K TV wasn't stuck at 60Hz then my GPU could've been running games faster than that, the 3090 is not underpowered for 4K gaming unless you're obsessed with max settings.
60 doesn't feel smooth enough once you got used to 100-120
A display with good response times at 60Hz can have decent smooth animation
60 doesn't feel smooth when you use a TV, period. Cause those are junk.
Been playing at 100+ for many years
You need way more for mouse and keyboard controls and the more the better.
