Try this then, only test the following for now to help narrow down the problem.

Motherboard, CPU, CPU Cooler, 1x RAM installed in DIMM slot #1, a Display connected to the Intel GPU I/O port (no dedicated GPU at this point yet), Power Supply, Keyboard.

No other hardware. Disconnect any Drive cables for now, as well as any Case Front I/O cables for those ports, like USB/Audio. The Switches and LEDs shouldn't matter; as all u really need for testing is Power Button and Speaker, but please do make sure those are in the correct pins.

Now with it ready to power on and your main PSU switch ON; instead of pressing the Power Button, look on the Motherboard next to the 24-pin Power Plug and press the MemOK button.

Still nothing, even unpluged side fans.

The motherboard will flash the LED or beep code sound if there's any issue with hardware setup.

Your power button is linked to those two little wires - which connect to the motherboard pins. They are in the correct place? Else when you press the power button, nothing will happen. On those connectors there will be + and -, make sure they are the right way around too.

Also at least one fan is required to be plugged in the "CPU_FAN", else some motherboards will refuse to boot at least, because it would result in frying your CPU.

What model of motherboard is it?

ps: Gigabyte GZ-G2 Plus is the gaming chassis (pc case), but I didn't read anyways what motherboard?
