My pc is AMD A4-500 APU Radeon 1.50 ghz 8GB RAM, AMD radeon HD 8330, its normal i can't get 100 fps in counter strike 1.6? greetings

i only get 20/30 fps with that graphic card. 1.6 is the version of counter strike.

now i play low, ive tried all, nothing changes. i set my amd for optimal performance and nothing, still getting 20/30 fps. i know it's not a great laptop, but it should work for a 1999 game lol
