Granted I'd rather a higher end 550W with 5 year warranty and maybe higher efficiency but those cost more and in this case this one is really all that is needed at a comfortable margin above minimum.
where do you see any load testing reviews on it?
you can see them here :

I think it's a Evo_Blue 750w power supply ?
It's a nice psu, can power any gpu. Your cpu is also very good. If you had a good graphics card, your pc would be a beast for gaming. If you are on a budget, you could get a gtx 750 ti, it's the best gpu for the price. It's also above recomended requirements for assassins creed black flag so it should run it well.
thanks :D... yer i really think i might go for Gtx 750 ti.
Im just wondering though, if there would be any issue's changing from an amd card to an Nvidia ?
No, it's totally fine. It's only the cpu's that you cant change from intel to amd.
Also there's some with only one fan instead of 2 ? Does this matter as well ?
1 fan is fine for stock use. Frankly they could probably make a passive cooled GTX 750 ti and I would not be surprised if someone has done it already.
In fact at least one manfacturer has, here is the link:

They are just made by different manufacturers. They are mostly the same. But the ones with dual fans are better. I recomend getting one by asus or evga.
Also wondering though, the real differnce between a GTx 750ti 1gb and a 2gb ?

Seems to be a waste putting a 750ti with the fairly good i7 980, aim higher.
Ps, the 6450 was really intended to replace onboard vid for hdtv.
thanks Upcoast :D..
although i wasn't really intending on spending to much on it. All i really want is to be able to play most games at a reasonable quility .
altough just seen a youtube video, of a gamer playing farcry 4 1080x1080 on high with gtx 750 ti, which looks great.
But im sort of stuck between two cards on amazon.
I was originally thinking about the "EVGA NVIDIA GTX 750Ti SC 1176MHz"
http://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-1176MHz-1255MHz-5400MHz-Graphics/dp/B00IGQ4Z3S/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1418775150&sr=8-3&keywords=Nvidia+GeForce+GTX+750+Ti
But iv'e noticed the plug sockets on the back, and i am not sure weather my screens cable would fit in with it ...
photo i found of the cable below :

but then i went on to find the "Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card"
which looks like it has the right plug socket for my screens cable.
