What Games, should my PC specs, be able to run ?!?
Currently i have these specs :

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 980 @ 3.33GHz
Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6450
Gaming graphics 4859 MB Total available graphics memory
Primary hard disk 411GB Free (931GB Total)
Windows 7 Ultimate

The reason im asking is, because im having trouble with figuring out how to set the Graphics Driver, and AMD Catilist Control Centre.
But the game im trying to run is Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag, but can only get 10-15 fps on 1024x720 resilution ?
Can some please help me, in understanding how to fix this ? and what i might need to upgrade to get it to run smoother ?

Your CPU is fairly good, but your graphics card is about as low as it gets.

Well, it depends. How much are you willing to spend?

In that case I would look out for an Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 or, if it's cheap enough, the 960 which should come out soon.

On the red team, look for an R9 270X or an R9 280.

If it was a pre-build, there is a high probability that in better case is a generic power supply.
Lets not list what there would be in worse case.

Perhaps open your case and look at it?

Yes, open the case and take a look at the psu. Or if it's a prebuilt, just look for the pc model number somewhere on the pc case. Or press the right mouse button on your pc icon and check properties, it will show the pc model there too. Putting that model number into google should give full specs of the pc.

if its an oem psu, get a gtx 750
its the best gpu thats low on power
about the wattage as the amd/ati 6450, but a hell of a lot faster

the oem mobo will have a locked fsb/bclk, so dont bother trying to overclock

Plain and simple you need a new GPU. The HD 6450 is terrible for gaming. The 4GB of RAM means nothing as the processing power of your GPU is crap. It's like saying a CPU is better cause it has 20 cores while you ignore the fact that all the cores are 50 MHz and easily outdone by a modern dual core at 3.4 MHz per core. Rough rule for GPU comparison (specially within same brand and generation) is to look at the GFLOPS, like you look at cores and MHz or GHz for CPUs.

For upgrading it depends on your budget and your PSU.

Rock bottom I'd recommend is the GTX 750 ti which can run on a 300w PSu if you have at least got one that powerful. That'd be like $100-$130 and about as powerful as a Xbox One GPU or maybe slightly less. PS4 has the better GPU than the XB1 also so this is really entry level.

Alternatively you might be able to get a R7 260X and a 450W PSU for about the same price and slightly better performance. It won't run on a 300W PSU though which I'm guessing is the most you have right now as the card is more power hungry. That's about like the PS4 GPU.

Currently for only slightly more ($130-$140) you can get a 500W or greater PSU and a R9 270 ($111~). This is a much better option than either of the first two.

Here is the link:

PowerColor Radeon R9 270 2GB TurboDuo Video Card
Raidmax 535W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3CwLf7
Base Total: $179.98
Mail-in Rebates: -$45.00
Shipping: $1.99
Total: $136.97

If you can go for $166~ (after rebates) meanwhile you can get a R9 280 and a new 500W 80 Plus Bronze or greater PSU. This is really what I recommend if you can swing it.

Here is a link to that:

PowerColor Radeon R9 280 3GB TurboDuo Video Card
Raidmax 535W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/N8QmQ7
Base Total: $229.98
Promo Discounts: -$18.99
Mail-in Rebates: -$45.00
Total: $165.99

That should be more than double the performance of the GTX 750 ti and nearly double that of the R7 260X. Y

Beyond that the sky is the limit but the rest of your system may start to hold you back.
