Roccat Kave XTD Subwoofers not working for windows and music

I Got a pair of Roccat Kave headphones, I have the latest driver installed and i have them configured in windows for 5.1 surround sound but it isn't working for my music. It works in games such as battlefield 4 and guns of icarus but when I am trying to listen to music or watch videos the sound only plays through the front speakers. Anyone had this problem or got any advice?

The subwoofers wont work for any audio streamed over browsers, but will work with downloaded audio files and streaming over spotify. Hope this might help anyone in the future. :)

For me this solution doesnt work because I use Creative 5.1 soundcard. When I open sound menu, like on this tutorial, I dont see Roccat Kave as a Speaker but Sound card Creative X-Fi 5.1 and when I click its settings I dont have tab with Effects where can swap center with subwoofer.

Did someone have similar problem ?
